Diane Frampton

Diane Frampton discovered CrossFit in January 2007.  Unhappy with the inconsistent results of treadmills, Step classes and Nautilus machines, she hesitantly tried a CrossFit class and has never looked back.  During her CrossFit journey she gained strength and insight into the way the body functions and performs.  She began to achieve physical feats she never thought possible; completing her first marathon, the Bataan Death March, at the age of 41.

In 2009, she discovered Paleo and began incorporating more whole foods and less processed foods into hers and her family’s diet.  So inspired by the results of Paleo and her love of food, she authored a cookbook, Eat Well, Feel Good, Practical Paleo Living.

In 2012, Diane left a 20 year teaching/counseling career and attained her Level 1 CrossFit Certification.  She began coaching soon after and is excited to be part of the coaching staff at GCCF.   Her favorite part of coaching is helping clients do the things they doubt they can.  She looks to encourage progress at every opportunity, no matter the athlete.
