Functional Movements: The movements performed in CrossFit are those that transfer directly into daily life. These compound movements are natural, effective and efficient. With CrossFit you won’t be using weight machines or elliptical trainers. You’ll be doing push-ups, pull-ups and squats; these are the movements that prepare you for what sport, career and life throw at you.
Constantly Varied: With each new day comes a new and different workout called the workout of the day (WOD).
High Intensity: Training at high intensity is key to the development of strength, speed, power, and overall fitness- all of these benefits come from short, intense workouts.
