2 strict pull-ups with no band..yes only two..rest with blue band

Oooo, made a picture! Good work everyone in this mornings classes.
25 strict pull ups with the red and purple band. They were spaced out of course. Started out with 12 in a row, that dwindled to 4 in a row, which by the last 6 dwindled to 3 in a row……..but I did ’em.
WOD in 12:15
It’s Sunday and I’ve just started to NOT walk like a mummy. This was a killer workout for me. Thanks to Drew and George. WOD 13:42.
