Mark Sisson, a former professional marathoner and triathlete (hello, carb addict!), and author of the The Primal Blueprint shares THIS LIST of the Top Ten reasons he loves eating Paleo. Maybe these reasons will help change the minds of your beloved but woefully mislead family members–hey, it’s OK. We were there once, too. At the very least, let’s hope it will inspire some of them to, even if briefly, rethink the crazily unhealthy way many of our country grew up eating/still is eating. Who knows? They might change their lives. Maybe you’ll just get one meal in peace while they sit in the other room and read Mark’s list. Either way, worth a try, right?
