3 x 8 Deadlift 95# – 105# – 115#
WOD 1st and 2nd round 65# Front Squats rounds 3 – 5 55# Front Squats
Did modification – just burpees – 14:56
3×8 Deadlift 175# – 185# – 185#, WOD Rxd 4 Rounds (had limited time before I had to teach the 6pm class) 10:20! Tough!!
