WITH A CONTINUOUSLY RUNNING CLOCK DO ONE OHS THE FIRST MINUTE, TWO OHS THE SECOND MINUTE, THREE OHS THE THIRD MINUTE… CONTINUING AS LONG AS YOU ARE ABLE. USE AS MANY SETS EACH MINUTE AS NEEDED.
