HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE FOR THEIR PART IN A SUCCESSFUL FUNDRAISING EVENT, BARBELLS FOR BOOBS, THIS PAST SATURDAY, OCTOBER 27TH. AS OF OCTOBER 29TH GCCF AND ITS MEMBERS (FRIENDS AND FAMILY INCLUDED) RAISED $3,201 SURPASSING OUR GOAL OF $3,000!!!

AS PART OF THE DAY’S EVENT, OVER 20 PEOPLE PARTICIPATED IN THE WORKOUT KAREN MEETS GRACE WHILE OTHERS WATCHED AND CHEERED IN SUPPORT. TWO PEOPLE FIRST TACKLED 150 WALL BALLS TO A 10 FOOT TARGET (KAREN) AND FINISHED WITH 30 CLEAN & JERKS (GRACE) AS THEY HUFFED AND PUFFED AND SWEAT OUT THEIR SUPPORT. FOLLOWING THE WOD, WE ALL ENJOYED A FEAST OF DELICIOUS PALEO FOOD THANKS TO THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF SO MANY WHO ATTENDED. THANKS AGAIN TO EVERYONE FOR MAKING BARBELLS FOR BOOBS AT GYMCORE CROSSFIT SUCH A SUCCESS AND SO MUCH FUN!!! OH, DID I FORGET TO MENTION THE HILARIOUS HALLOWEEN COSTUMES!?!?
