STARTING MONDAY DECEMBER 3RD, WE WILL BE INTRODUCING A NEW SCHEDULE WHICH WILL HAVE 8 ADDITIONAL CLASSES AND 4 ONE HOUR OPEN GYM TIMES.
THIS FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER THE NEW SCHEDULE WILL BE IN “FLEX” MODE WHILE EVERYONE MAKES AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE NEW SCHEDULE. WHAT THIS MEANS IS ANYONE WHO SHOWS UP TO ONE OF THE CLASS TIMES FROM THE CURRENT SCHEDULE (PRE DEC. 3RD), DON’T SWEAT IT, YOU WILL HAVE YOUR FULL HOUR AND WORKOUT. HOWEVER, BEGINNING ON MONDAY DECEMBER 10TH THE NEW SCHEDULE WILL BE IN FULL EFFECT.
WHAT’S NEW ABOUT THE SCHEDULE?
*6AM CLASS WILL BE 5:45AM (THIS IS A COMPROMISE FOR THE MANY WHO WANT A 5:30AM CLASS AND THE MANY WHO FELT 5:30AM WAS TO EARLY)
*2 NOON CLASSES ADDED TO THE SCHEDULE MONDAY AND FRIDAY
*3 TEEN CLASSES AGES 13-16 MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY
*FRIDAY’S 4PM CLASS WILL BE AT 4:30PM
*5:30PM CLASS MONDAY-FRIDAY
*6-7PM OPEN GYM MONDAY-THURSDAY
*630-730PM CLASS MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY
**OTHER POTENTIAL ADDITIONS TO THIS SCHEDULE: 6:45AM CLASSES (IF NECESSARY), MORE NOON CLASSES (IF POPULAR) AND SATURDAY 9AM CLASS OR OPEN GYM (IF NECESSARY)
