1 MILE RUN (at the same time, not split)

800M RUN (at the same time, not split)

AFTERMATH:
TWO TEAMS, 40 TIRE FLIPS PER TEAM, FOR TIME (each member of team must flip the tire a minimum of 3 times, 1 tire per team)
