Clean & Jerk 65#-practice (wimpy wrists today)
WOD-9 1/3 rx’d- HSPU were not totally down every time, or every but I did go up and down a little 🙂
Clean 75# practice (back was sore)
WOD – 15 – push ups due to back
Fun workout but I think my legs are going to fall off 🙂
