Great turnout for the first Yoga class at GymCore CrossFit, 19 people! Thank you to Kat Mansfield (instructor) who ran a fantastic 1 hour class! See everyone next week @ 10am for the next yoga class. And starting next week, there is open gym @ 9am.
Great yoga class! So excited to have this addition. Kat is great.
