50 Dips (as few sets as possible, not timed)
Stretch/Foam Roll
At the 6AM class, George, Sonja, Cheryl, Kat, and Jackie kicked it hard to make the 2000M in under 8–varied success there. After 50 dips on the rings (yikes), Jackie (Greg’s sister) was looking for a stretch in those delts and upper back. Here’s Kat (who teaches the Sunday Yoga for Crossfitters at 10AM at GymCore Crossfit) lending an assist in downward facing puppy pose.
