50 CALORIE ROW
40 JUMPING PULLUPS
30 SQUAT JUMPS (BUTT TO MED BALL, JUMP TO 4″ PLATE)
20 DOUBLE UNDERS (80 SINGLE UNDERS)
10 BURPEES (TO 4″ PLATE)

PALEO CHALLENGERS: PLEASE COMPLETE THIS WOD AT ANY CLASS YOU ATTEND BETWEEN MONDAY OCTOBER 8TH AND SATURDAY OCTOBER 13TH.
