GYMCORE CROSSFIT WOD MONDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2012

Morning classes will likely be open for Monday (6am and 9am). Use your best judgement, only venture out if it is safe. If it is safe to be there and the gym has power we will have morning classes. Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning are the bigger question marks. There is potential that we could be closed Monday afternoon and all of Tuesday, open again Wednesday morning. If you have no access to the gym try to take some of your time stranded at home to make up a home WOD. Tabatas are a quick way to get some good work. Or here’s a suggestion if you would just like to be told what to do… 100 Lunges, 100 Pushups, 100 Situps, 100 Squats. 3,2,1.GO! 🙂
