Challenge: Tabata Double Unders
WOD: Bear Complex
5 Rounds
7 sets of the following sequence = 1 round
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press
Rules apply…
…bar cannot rest on the ground during the 7 sets (touch-n-go),
rest as needed between rounds (no time constraint)
start light the first round and work up to your max by the 5th
Stretch/Foam Roll

oh so you have to get parallel to the ground! holy smokes. does not look like it would hurt a lower back at all, I will try it today, ha!

Yikes the Bear Complex was a beast! WOD: 65#, 75#, 85#, 95#, 100# only got one 1 rep!
