Sometimes CrossFit coaches are sneaky. You guys, we actually did 150 Double Unders and 150 Situps in “Annie” today. It just doesn’t sound like that when you break it down 50-40-30-20-10. Or, maybe 150 sounds like too little when you add it all up. Guess it depends how you’re lookin’ at it. The 6 AM class drew a large crowd this morning, so we have a feeling there were a few different perspectives on this WOD!
