WARMUP:
INSTRUCTOR LEAD GROUP WARMUP

WOD:
WITH A PARTNER (PET ROCKS 35/25)
EACH PAIR OF PEOPLE WILL HAVE TWO DUMBBELLS OR TWO KETTLEBELLS, THOSE ARE THE PETS. THE PETS CANNOT TOUCH THE FLOOR OR REST ON ANY OTHER OBJECT. THEY MUST REMAIN IN THE HANDS AND HELD AT THIGH HEIGHT OF ONE OF THE PARTNERS UNTIL THE WORKOUT IS COMPLETE. IN TOTAL, EACH PAIR OF PARTNERS WILL COMPLETE 20 ROUNDS OF 10 REPS OF FOUR MOVEMENTS. AFTER A PARTNER COMPLETES A ROUND OF THE 40 REPS HAND-OFF THE PETS AND THE OTHER PARTNER WILL DO THEIR ROUND OF 40 REPS. IN THE END, EACH PARTNER COMPLETES 10 ROUNDS.
