To everyone participating in the January/February Resolution Challenges.
We have decided to give a two day extension to the Fitness challenge, so continue to try to complete your 30 challenges and to the Fitness (Bonus WODs) part of the Nutrition challenge, do the same. Both challenges were set to end this Wednesday, but with the number of snow days, it will now end this Friday (13th). However, the journals for the Nutrition challenge will officially end on schedule, this Wednesday (11th). If you have any questions, email marette@gymcorecrossfit.com. Thanks!
