IT’S MY MOTHER’S BIRTHDAY TODAY!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MA!

Rita was my first training client almost 5 years ago (1 month from now). When she started with me she could barely standup from a seated position (she needed assistance). In today’s BUDDY WOD she was power cleaning 55# with her teammate Kat, doing pushups on her feet (chest just a couple inches from the floor) and jumping on a 14 inch” box (she really likes her feet on the ground) for almost 4 mins. each exercise. She has worked her ASS off (some of which is literal) with me for the last 5 years a minimum of 3 days every week. Ma, you ROCK!

8am: Open Gym/ WOD Make-up

9am: BUDDY WOD
Teams of 2
4 mins. of Power Cleans 95/65
4 mins. of Pushups
4 mins. of Box Jumps 20″
4 mins. of Leg Lifts
no rest between exercies

Ladder up the reps, alternating with teammate. EX. 1,1; 2,2; 3,3…etc. going as high up the ladder until 4 mins. is done. Both teammates must complete the same number of reps for the number to count toward their score.

At the end of 16 mins. add up the score from each exercise ladder.
