Saturday – 6/18/11 – Grand Opening/Open House

Today is GymCore CrossFit’s official Grand Opening celebration. The group WOD for members and fellow CrossFitters is from 8:30-10:00. Following the WOD, starting at 10am and ending at 1pm is our Open House. Please feel free to drop in and say hello, come view the facility, find out more about our program and meet GymCore’s members. Between 11-11:30 we will start up the grills for a BBQ with good food and good people.

Also, we have a treat in store for everyone. The author of the soon to be released cookbook “Practical Paleo Living,” Diane Frampton will be in attendance. She will have a handful of dishes from recipes in her cookbook, as well as, lists of ingredients so you can see how simple it is to “eat well and feel good.” She will have time to chat with people who have questions and along with promoting her fantastic cookbook, she will be encouraging us to participate in a 30 day paleo challenge, starting in September at GymCore CrossFit.

It will be a great time for all, come down and join in the fun!
