Testimonials

“I started at GymCore CrossFit one month ago and have lost 11lbs and am the strongest I have ever been in my life. I was an athlete throughout college and even participated in triathlons in my adult life. Recently my trips to the gym became uninspired and boring, I even added Pilates reformer to try and get back into shape. Nothing seemed to work until I walked into GymCore, my fitness life is forever changed. I always thought I had to be in shape to start CrossFit but this is not true at all. Greg is there to show you exactly what to do and tell you to take it easy or push it when you should. An added bonus is how nice all the members are, willing to help and not judge you at all when you are first learning. These are real results you can see and feel quickly. I just started eating a little better and showing up to GymCore and the rest is history! Greg is so great at his job and I can’t imagine training with anyone else. Thank you Greg!!”

“Hey GymCore CrossFit,
I just wanted to send another thank you. It’s been close to a year that I have been implementing what I have learned from you. I have also been biking for a half hour additionally to what I was doing. AND I was exercising 7 days a week. Well…It paid off!!! I ran the Boston Marathon in 3 hours and 52 minutes!!!!!! I surpassed my goal of 4 hours and I have you to thank for it. Thank you so much for helping me. I am forever grateful of everything. I am planning on seeing you again this summer after the honeymoon. This meant the world to me. Thank you so much!”

GymCore CrossFit: Who We Are

We are your local CrossFit Affiliate. At GymCore CrossFit we train moms, dads, their teenagers, adult athletes, student athletes, grandmothers, grandfathers, Joe Shmoe and Susie Q. Our fitness facility is here for the general public. Our focus is on strength and conditioning and helping individuals achieve overall wellness. We teach and promote proper nutrition and proper exercise movements. Most movements that are included in the program stem from these major lifts and gymnastic movements: deadlift, squat, press, clean & jerk, snatch, pushup, pullup, dip and situp. Add in running, rowing, jumping rope, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells and plyometrics and you have one hell of a strength and conditioning program. Oh yeah, and the best part? You are always working out along side your peers and always have a coach on site for instruction.
