Warning: Today’s WOD is especially not for the faint of heart. Nonetheless, the 6AM crew kicked it off with much success. James rocked the prescribed reps and weight, minus 10 toes to bar (modified due to an old shoulder injury). We suppose he can get a break for that considering he completed the 30 box jumps to 30 inches after those 50 wall balls. (Watch those knuckles on the box when you jump up!) George hit a new PR with Deadlifts at 2 reps of 215 pounds and Kat held her own with a Deadlift PR of 2 reps at 125 pounds. Both have come a long way in just barely 3 months. Way to rise and shine, guys and gals!
